1. Receive Sonocent License
2. E-mail UL Team to request a Sonocent Instructor License
   1. Follow Sonocent email for installing Sonocent on computer
   2. Once installed, email UL Team to confirm installation
3. Install Sonocent Link on Your Phone (See Sonocent Link Video)
   1. Sonocent sends second email with 3 digit Link code
   2. Download Sonocent Link from app store or Play Store (Iphone or google)
   3. Activate Sonocent Link:  User: email address used for Sonocent, Link: x12g
4. Record Lecture with Sonocent Link and Bluetooth mic (See video)
   1. Turn on bluetooth and pair mic with Sonocent Link
   2. Attach bluetooth receiver to phone and mic to speaker
   3. Open Sonocent Link
   4. Press Green record button in Sonocent Link 

(you should see audio bars as you speak)

1. 1. Press Stop (at bottom) then Close (at top) when done
   2. Add Title and/or Topic and press Save 
   3. Press Done when saved 
2. Upload Lecture and send to UL Team 

(UL Team converts audio to text and text to an additional language)

1. 1. Select down arrow to right of your recording 

(Recording found in Sonocent Link list of recordings)

1. 1. Select Share Recording (choose email from your list)
   2. Send to UL Team email
2. Lecture Updated with Text (by UL Team)
   1. Files updated with English text and secondary language
   2. Enhanced lecture returned to instructor 

(via USB drive, YouSendit or uploaded to their canvas)

1. Instructor uploads Lecture with text to instructor’s Canvas
